Poppies!

The first summer Rich had his house, we started gardening in his backyard. I bought a poppy that is hardy to Zone Three, but it didn’t look like it would make it. The next year it did come back and bloomed once, while I was busy with the Early Music Festival. It has continued to get larger, and this year it has six spectacular blooms.
