April Afternoon

On Sunday afternoon I went to a pond near my house and took some pictures. Here is a picture of the pond itself.

I saw a mallard duck taking a Sacred Sunday Siesta. (Good idea! I did that myself after going home.)

There were many colors of violets: white, reddish purple, bluish purple, and lavender. I took a number of photos but decided to post only the best one.

These little plants, growing amidst the grass, were very cool. They are thin and curly.

On the way back, I saw this adorable little statue sitting on a bench.
