Super Cute Cakes

A coworker and I were talking about cakes, and she said she was making one for her daughter's birthday that sounded like the Black Magic recipe I always make for Rich's cake. We looked them both up online, and sure enough, it was the same! She has never made this recipe before and wanted to make sure you don't really taste the coffee. I assured her that it just tastes like the richest chocolate cake ever. She said she was going to make a fondant, and my officemate (who used to be a pastry chef) said that it's a real pain to make, and our coworker said she uses marshmallows in her fondant so it's not only easier to make, but tastier too. Here are pictures she gave me of a birthday cake she made for her other daughter and a cake she made for someone's baptism that looks like Noah's Ark.
