The blizzard is here. It arrived a couple minutes ago, and our governor has already declared a state of emergency, but we have an intrepid (i.e., crazy) candidate who is still planning to come for her previously scheduled interview. I guess that means I will be here at work tomorrow whether the buses run, or whatever. If the weather is that bad, will I even be able to ski into work? This ought to be an adventure. Stay tuned...

- Famous Hat
- I am a third-hand gift, a straw hat with a wide brim. I used to have natural and navy stripes, but after much time in the sun, the navy ones have faded to a sort of chocolatey tone. The big blue flower around the brim was my wearer's own touch.
