House Hunting

Yesterday Travalon and I decided to look at houses. He had heard Fitchburg was a great place to live, so we went there and found a beautiful condo for sale on the road where the married B-Boy and Mo-Girl live. Looking is so much fun when you don’t yet have the pressure of having to find something, and we loved seeing this condo even if it was kind of pricey. We also stopped by a small house that was for sale, but the person who answered the door was a renter and told us we’d have to call the realtor for more information. Then we drove to Monona, since I used to live there (on Pirate Island, no lie!) and loved it, and we found a couple of really cute houses for sale, as well as a number of condos. We will have to go back when they are having open houses to see what they look like inside. Some of the condos were right on the lake, so I imagine they have gorgeous views. Of course, they may not be in our price range, but it’s so much fun to look. Afterwards we had a drink at the Igloo Bar, down in the lower level of the East Side Club, to celebrate starting our house hunting. Here’s hoping we find something lovely yet reasonably priced that allows multiple pets!

Some say that house hunting can be exhausting, because you have to go into different places and locations, just to find your dream house. But judging from your experience, it’s looks kinda fun! And it’s understandable, because you’ve seen a lot of beautiful properties, and some of them even had terrific views. It's just a bit sad that you still weren't able to find the house you wanted. But who knows, it might just be the next one your visit! Happy hunting!

Even you haven’t seen the inside of some of the houses, that day was still a great one for house hunting. You saw a lot of good properties with beautiful views, and got an idea on what you wanted for your house-to-be. I just hope your next visit will have a better outcome. Good luck!
